web mail support Thai fonts?

I'm in Thailand. I create website in Thai language. I wonder that your web mail may not support Thai coz I try registering on www.tcottowel.com/register.html. After clicking on it, my information has been sent. The www.tcottowel.com/register.php appearred with unreadable fonts. However, I can encode it to be Thai. BUT, when I check my web mail where I should get those information. The information is in unreadable fonts.
How to fix it?
