Admin view before release message

Is it possible to make the administrator to view and control what users post before it is released for public?

Yeah...thats What I think also...But it could be a blog, guest book, etc... Also what script and what version would be very helpful.

If you are talking about a forum you will need buy one like vB, or IPB. phpbb doesn't have that feature.
