does the web space support multiple languages?

i want to buy the web hosting service from vodahost.com, my mother language is Chinese, i just want to ask if the web space may support Chinese, cause i want to build up a web site which either chinese and English. And for the forum as well, is there any panel may control and change the language support so as to manage it with multiple language?
