I need support from Vodahost.com urgently...

Hi,

Thanks a lot for responding to all my queries since pre-sales till to date. My name is Eddy, client id is 6284. website is www.uniqueasthmatreatmentsecrets.com.

I have successfully upload my index.html onto public_html folder using BlueFTP, but I still have some more problems.

Recently, I bought a new domain and pointed the DNS nameservers to Vodahost.com as given in my welcome email sent to me.

And I have successfully created an addon domain using cPanel and also upload my new domain name onto this new folder under public_html/newdomainname. The file is index.html

However, I have followed the relevant advice and guidance to upload my another html, eg... amazing.html onto the same folder as under newdomainnamer.. but after doing that I have a 404 Not Found errort on this new website.. the whole url is www.newdomainname.com/amazing.html... May I know what actually happen and how to rectify it..

And also where can I see a tutorial on this problem, please advice me urgently...

It takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for your addon domain to propagate on all servers. Until that happens, you can publish to it, but you won't be able to see it on the internet.

Thanks for your advice, but I can see my new addon domain name www.newdomainname.com on the internet...

I am puzzled how come it needs 24-72 hours propagate to see my website with the url as www.newdomainname.com/amazing.html, please enlighten me, thanks in advance.

Providing a url to your actual site would make it easier for someone to help you.

oh.. i see..

the new addon url is www.secretgolftrainingsystem.com and the html file that I have added on is www.secretgolftrainingsystem.com/amazingswing.html

How did you add this new page? Through publishing, or through ftp?

Oh.. I add the new html file name amazingswing.html by using BlueFTP within BlueVoda software.

Use the publish feature instead and see if that corrects the problem.

Is it that when using the publish feature under bluevoda.. i have go to file tab ---> new page ---> from existing html page... and save it under bluevode file (*.bvp).. is it?

... If it is ... then I have done it...i have keyed in my username and password as given to me on my welcome email and change the folder to public_html/secretgolftrainingsystem

After doing that.. I still can't see my website www.secretgolftrainingsystem.com/amazingswing.html, please advise me.. thanks in advance..

When I clicked on www.secretgolftrainingsystem.com/amazingswing.html, there is nothing seen on my internet explorer...

I'm just guessing here - but what are you saving the page as? You should be saving it as amazingswing - then when you publish, you want to publish it under the same file that you published secretgolftrainingsystem.

Take a look at what the page says that you have saved -

Yes.. I did...but this amazingswing.html is actually a redirect page that leads to an affiliate website that I am promoting right now.

But it just did not show it on my internet explorer.

Hi, there..

I just clicked on it.. I do not show the url onto my internet explorer. This url is actually a redirect html that I created to market my affiliate ebook.

When I clicked on the above link, I just received a blank page.
Looking at the source code the page appears to be empty !!!!!!
Check your page and then re-publish
