How do i put another page for my website

I was just wondering im making a web site and i want to put like home downloads pictures links forums news Stuff like that i wrote them and know how do i make that another page.

Its just like writing a letter
Start with page 1 (home page(index.html) and when that is full or you want to continue on another page
start page 2 (anyname.html) and so on.....................
