I can't publish my page.

I just bought a domain name cardealauctions.com, and i made it based off of an affiliate program i am in with cheapcarsearch.com. I can't publish my page on BlueVoda because for some reason i dont have a password . I'm totally confused. I appreciate any help

1) Have you added the domain name to your control panel?
2) Have you set the name servers on it?
