I get this error

When i click on the submit button from my form on my contact page

what is line 54 of your script? (and a few lines before helps too)

I have no idea I just did what I did on my other two sites. Way back in the fourm there were directons on how to do it. it works for www.goldenleaf-lighting.com/contact.html
