a serious problem... help

I can no longer log into my website.. my cp not even with ftp
I sent in a support ticket.. but they say they cant do anything.. there is nothing wrong with the server... i can log in to other sites.. just not my own.. I contacted my isp.. nothing wrong on thier end either..
I tried to ping my site.. nothing.... i did a traceroute... on line 14 it times out... i can log into my site from other peoples computors... I have a router.. but i disconected it and ran straight from modem to pc.. and still nothing... I found a Proxy.. and Then i was able to connect... but only with a proxy.... I turned off my Firewall I tried restore to an older restore point.. that didnt work.. I cleared all my caches. used window wash...
re set my modem.. nothing... Any help please...

my site is not the problem.. everyone can log into it except me... I thought i made that perfectly clear... it is my computor that is the problem.. mabey my modem.. I dont know..

We have lots of security on our servers, if you enter your password and
username wrong one too many times, the server will think it is a hack
attempt and block you.
