Make an On-Line Journey Calculator ???

I am building a site using BlueVoda. The site is for a Private Hire business which transports passengers from their home addresses to Airports.

Here`s the question, does anyone know how to add a journey calculator to a page? Basically what i want to do is as follows ;

( Please remember all journeys start in one town and will not vary )

1/ CUSTOMER SELECTS DESTINATION FROM A PULL DOWN MENU.
2/ CUSTOMER SELECTS WETHER JOURNEYS IS ONE WAY OR RETURN
3/ CUSTOMER SELECTS OUTGOING JOURNEY DEPARTURE TIME
( OUTBOUND COLLECTION BETWEN 00.00 & 06.30 HAS A SURCHARGE )
4/ CUSTOMER SELECTS RETURN COLLECTION TIME
( COLLECTION BETWEEN 00.00 & 06.30 HAS A SURCHARGE )

5/ TOTAL DISPLAYED.

any ideas anyone?

Yes this can be done with a form and php script. While I am just learning it my self- I suggest you create your form and post it to your server- if you do not want it seen on your site yet- put it in a temp folder. Post the URL to that form and then give a description of what it is that you wish to accomplish- Like you just did and then post it in the forms section.

In this manner- we will be able to see the form and its variables and hopefully some one will be able to assist in writing the script. I will also take a look at it and give it a go.
