osCommerce Alterations ?

Can you like BlueVoda change the layout templates to suit your personal needs within osCommerece or should we be looking at a different package.
As we have only just joined and not use e-commerce before your help would be gratefully apprieciated ( also a spell checker for messaging lol)

thanks for the info Navel this is one super site the spped of which this was answered. cant fault it I believe ive made the right choice for my hosting site.
