hi im a newbie and have just started , i have a domian name and bluevoda , i thought that i would test and try and publish a under construction page , but my passwords dont work .

my thought is that maybe i will get another email with my publishing user name and password as i was trying to use my VBS user & pass

can anyone confirm this or do i need to open a ticket

Yes, when the account is activated on our servers you receive a second email with your control panel username and password to publish to the internet.
