Annoying!publishing page will not work!!!!!

ive published a page and it will not change from the old one
to this one , the page is www.visionlandscapes.net/waterfeatures.html
and i want to update it but when i publish the page it stays the same
please help

Yes it was i think because i closed the window and
ressed f5 a few times and then it was fine
