Attaching sound/image to text

Hi everyone,

I'm a complete novice here, having fun finding out how to do stuff but - is it possible to create a link so that when you click on a word of text, either a sound is played or an image pops up?

Bluevoda has that feature for navigation bar. click insert>extra>Navigation bar>style
