Back up website

I've having a few problems with my laptop, its running very very slow lately for some reason - i've run every virus & anti adware program ever created & it can't find anything wrong!!!

So I thought about rebooting my laptop, but then I thought...what about my website!?!?

Is there a way of saving my site & all the content and then restoring it?

If you have a published website you can back this up via the control panel - if fact you should do this regularly.

For the BV files on your laptop you can copy these onto a disc or portable hard drive, and then restore from this.
