Opening pdf's one page at a time

I have a 39 page pdf catalog that I want to add to my web site.
Is it possible to put an index on a web page and have the links open induvidual pages or groups of pages in the pdf catalog, without the need to open the entire document.
eg.
When the user clicks on Computer Fans. Pages 4,5,6 are opened.

The best thing would be to index the pdf itself- ie. bookmark the pages. That way they can go to what ever section they wish to look at. Doing it anyother way will be very involved.

Click her to see one. When it opens click on bookmarks.

Thanks Andy128 for your speedy reply to my question.
I have adobe 6 pro and am able to index and bookmark my catalogs.
As my creations are getting larger, I am trying to find a way of accessing just specific pages in a large pdf.
Currently I just break the catalog into mini pdf's and use a index html page to call them
eg. http://www.mainelectronics.com/mode.htm
If you can point me in the right direction, I do not mind involved.

I don't know of a better way to do it than what you are doing right now. It looks very professional, is easy to read and very functional. It keeps from having the customer cypher through a lot of junk to get what they need.

Really- I have no better idea of how you could do better.

Today I came across a command that allows you to open the document at a specific page. (#page=3).
I will keep looking.
