Really slow loading pages

My website is www.east-cruisers.com/index4.html
and it dont seem to matter whether the page is text or image based, but its extremly slow!
What can i do to improve this?

All your pics on the homepage need reducing in size to the size that they are being viewed. That will be a start to curing your problems.

You mean resize in photoshop rather than bluvoda? so they are smaller? so how come my movies page is slow when that is just links?

You are right, its extremly slow!

But then you appear to have four revolving picture banners on your home page to start with......this means that all the pictures in each of the 4 boxes
have to be downloaded and thats not counting the other pics that you are displaying.
None of the pictures appear to have been resized as the 2 smaller pics
are 56k and 90k alone.
On your events page your juice pic is 118K............

Your site will become very popular(ask Racefan) in time if you cut down on the size(k bytes) of each page....

Will come back again later but the above is probable the most important item.
