    why cant i set permision on my files it wont go back to 444

    please help asap

        Go to yourdomain.com/cpanel and enter your username and password. Click File Manager, go to public_html then to whatever file you need to change. Click the file once and you'll see options appear to the right of the screen, with one of those options being Change Permissions.

          also just wnated to know if you think using another ftp programe like ace pro is a good idea and is it safe just that bluftp is really basic

            There are lots of ftp programs out there, it's a matter of finding one you like that does what you need. BlueFTP is a handy little tool for a quick upload or downloads.
