Is it possible to configure the AR to reply and use recipient's name etc?

I believe thats what it does automatically.

It grabs the name and the email address and mails it to the client/whatever

Thanks David. Just getting started, cash is always tight then and if Vodahost inckudes this service it's a bargain!
