Trying to Publish Website/wrong IP address

I just received my registration information to host my website. I went to the page where I created my website hit the file drop down and clicked on publish ...it does not show the IP address from the email information nor does it give me the option to type it in . What IP address am I suppose to be using?? at this point I keep coming up with an error!
