Index page is toast. HELP!!

I was editing my index page in BV and I clicked on somthing by mistake which removed all text and pics from the page. Tried to restore it with undo but hit redo by mistake. Now when I tried to recreate this page with copy/paste from other pages I get the following:
Edit button contained an unexpected object.
My site is www.epgusa.com but nothing comes up but an error message.
Any suggestions???

Oh, when I try to bring up my index page in BV now I get the following: Unexpected file format.

Sounds like toast to me..Completely delete it and redo it.

I gather you mean wipe it from the server and see what happens, yes?
