one thing that the hyper links tutorial DOES NOT cover is, having a link and then how to make the extension from the link connect to the link. I AM A NOOB

O.K., when i am previewing my site, i click on a link on my side navigation bar, titled, "my music" but a page comes up that says,"This Page Cannot Be Displayed" because i havent added a page on to that, and i cant 'cuz i dont know how. PLEASE HELP ME.
