      Re: Publishing

For the benefit of others, the above issue as originally posed by Burnman about his domain isse with the ".ca" issue dealt with a domain extension not supported by most providers here in the US, as it is for Canadian registered websites.....Brunman later (in other threads) discovered his account and domain had been improperly named, which was later corrected.

Do not try to duplicate the solutions mentioned, as they will not apply to you!

      >> Whenever you publish your website in BV and then see only the "Index" page, this is most likely because the DNS settings have not been changed for the domain you have elsewhere. And, if you have transferred your domain to VodaHost, it is most likely still in the process of being transferred.....be patient!
For the detailed instructions on how to make DNS changes, use this link: http://www.vodahost.com/tut_dns.htm

Any ideas? I've tried the .ca thing (without knowing what it is) and have reconfirmed my home page as saved in BV as index.

        Sally,
Try saving again and then publish. Check the spelling sometimes its easy to overlook a letter. Is http://www.national1916.com/ your page?

It is indeed my infant site. The problem was domain transfer. Not quite walking yet but certainly crawling confidently.
