help with a banner design

Hi everyone, I have created a banner using Flash8 and would like to know how to make it a link from another site is there a script or HTML code i should use and how do I attach it to the banner image. Also how /where do I save the banner once its finished.
I hope you can understand my question.

what software did you use to create the banner? ( most software will let you make the banner a button and you enter the url for where you want the banner to point to)
do you want it ot put on a lot of other sites or just some one you know?

created with flash 8 basic downloaded the trial software, want to have it available for anyone who wishes to link with my site
