Either click on the link in the confirmation email you received and log in or use the 'Help Me' lik at the top - go to Support Centre and log in. Any outstanding tickets you have will show once you log in and you can check them and even add comments.

I click the link and it just goes to an ad siting on my site.

That is NOT an ad, it is the login page for your Soholaunch. Do you not
see the below box on your screen...

I really do not mean to be difficult but I do not see the login box.
And even when I go in thru my directory and get to that box it keeps loading this Ad. I refresh, clean my cache and tool bars and the ad is still there.

Ok...How long ago did you update the name servers, they can take up to 24-48 hours to propogate depending on your location.

I updated at about 8am this morning.
