Support Ticket Error

    Support Ticket Error

    When I try to check the status of a support ticket, the response is "Error: Invalid email or ticket key". Why?

      Invalid Ticket

      Is the ticket key not the ticket ID that's issued after submitting a ticket? Ref:CCQ-42456.

        CCQ-42456 looks like a ticket ID to me. You need to use a ticket key to check the status of your ticket. You will find the ticket key in the email we sent to you when you opened the support ticket.

          Support Ticket Followup

          I've only received one email from VodaHost, that was after I paid for your service. I've opened several tickets, CCQ is the latest (all for the same issue), I've never received a followup email for any of them.

            Please check your spam filter or your bulk mail folder. We answer every single ticket
            we receive with out fail. If you did open several tickets you would have the ticket numbers in your autoreply. Please list them here and we will look into it for you.

              Invalid ticket key

              The last support ticket, JHY-44166 I sent this morning after I verified Spam filter was disabled. No autoreply email was received and Error: Invalid email or ticket key when checking status.
              Also, the ID and PW you gave me over the phone, on Friday, did not allow access to my account.

              Previously submitted support ticket keys.
