    Creating Downloads

    Hi,

First of all let me say that I am sooooo happy with all your services, I am so glad I chose you!

I just have one question, I have some wav. files that I want to be available for free download on my site, how do I do this? Please make answers as idiot proof as possible - one of the reasons I'm with you is the simplicity (I'm not very computer savvy!).

    ^_^

    1) use blueFTP to FTP the wav file to your public_html folder
    2) www.YourDomain.com/FileName

Is the url that folks will click on to start the download.

OK, my .wav files work beautifully but I'm having a problem with an mp3. I created it myself from a DVD soundtrack, (I don't know if that's relevant) I tried putting it up the same way as the .wavs and I've tried to do it by putting it in a zipped folder but when I preview and try the link it keeps giving me the message "530 This is a private system - No anonymous login" I checked to see if it was the same when it was published and it is. Does anyone have an explanation and/or solution?

first of anything you created from a dvd sound track is illegal and you should
not placed on our servers. Please remove it asap. This is a direct violation
            of our T.O.S.
