i can't find my login details :'(

ever since my disorganized sister started working from home i find it impossible to get what I'm looking for because of her pages everywhere. More seriously one of the things i cant find is the login details for publishing pages and using the cpanel. Is there anyway i can have them e-mailed to me again or do i have to keep paying for something i cant use?

ummm... ignore my stupidity, but what is a support ticket? :-S

In the BV web-builder- on the bottom left you will see a Customer Support tab. Click on it and it will take you to Customer Support. Click on the support ticket. Fill out the relavant info and then submit.

Support tickets are your way of having Voda Host assist you with problems you are having with your account.

wait a minute its asking me for my controle panel username, but i cant give that because i lost my details >_<
