page titles and meta tags

would it be to my advantage to change my page titles and meta tags on my we site - it has been published for a while. After reading all the posts i realize i should have named pages differently and listed meta tags differently. am wondering if i should make the changes now . it is not a commercial site but still..... asiriamrco

Hi, now.... this one is always my pet hate.. seeing people's home page titled "Home Page" etc etc

Yes without a doubt, Page titles are probably one of THE most important things to ensure are SE friendly. If you need any advice on what to name them please just ask me
