Is there a way to import files designed in Front Page to Blue Voda?

I just downloaded Blue Voda. I'm not an expert in any web design but have tinkered with MS Front Page and designed some pages that I would like to import into Blue Voda. I find Front Page really confusing and difficult. Thanks, pjeltema
