boy I think I messed it up this time

a question sure to be answered by a simple statement like 'no duh?'
When I open BV, and the screen opens with a pop-up giving 3 choices...
open a new blank page
open an exising page
watch the video tutorials
When I click to open and existing page...all that opens is a small window with 2 choices...

What used to open was a window with created page choices to open.
Could someone please tell me whats going on...and how badly did I mess it up, this time. lol
