navigation bar with dropdown lists

is it possible to create a navigation bar which drops down a list when the mouse is over an element to give several links either vertically or horizontal for a list down the side? like the one for quick links on the main forum page and how to do it

Yes, that's possible... well almost...
In the upcoming version of BlueVoda 7.0 we have a cool new menubar with dropdown menus (horizontal/vertical, mulitple levels) and lots of other great new stuff.
