steps to move site to vodahost

Would someone explain the process (step by step) of how to move a website from a different host to Vodahost. I guess I have to use cpanel, that's all I know. I do have an ftp client (coffee cup freeware). I don't have a copy of the site on my computer, I know that's where I need to start, right?
Need to move this very soon because I canceled my hosting with them.
