Add Forum database/topic... Help.

HI guys, I need help here.. I tried to add database to my forum but there is an error. how do I add database? I want to add topics to my forum.. eg. like vodahost forum, (General Questions, PhP, MYSQL, etc.) I also tried to change my database name from the initial name, test but there is an error msg. Anyone know how to do this?

The error msg is #1044. If i want to make different categories/topics.. do i need to create database? What is table?
