Doubts in Forum Setup

I have a couple of questions in installing the Discussion Forum in the website:

1) The Discussion Forum provided by BlueVoda is One Forum per site (or) One Forum per Account?

2) In future, can I transfer the forum from Site1 to in Site2?

If your talking about the phpBB you can download as many as you need. so no need to move the forum.
