    Having problems synching mysql databases

I hope this was not discussed in another discussion thread but, I am having an issue and I do not have a lot of time to get it fixed.
When I was hosted through GD, I had made 3 My SQL databases, now I need to bring all the tables and info in the tables over to a new database so I can use my wordpress. If I do not get this to work, all my posts and basically all the work I did for the last few years will be gone. I have tried to do an export on the old, then do an import to the new, and it keeps telling me I do not have permissions to add the info.

What I would really like to do, is just create a new database all together by importing the file I made. Is this possible? Or is there a way I can get all the database info from one to the new wordpress database?

    Please help!

    1) Backup your database's GD
    2) Upload them to your VodaHost webhost account via the restore backup feature in your cpanel.
    3) Manually install the word press script.
    4) Use the above databases
