Upload and Post Max Size

Is it possible and how to increse the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size ? to my sevrer (php)

Can i do it by own or i have to requested by VH ?

If it can be done i would expect voda would have to do it but i think it's limited so you don't go over your quota. support a ticket and ask them.
