MYSQL database

Hi, i'm new to Vodahost.

I'm setting up a new script on my website and it requires a MYSQL database to run with full user access priviliges.

Can anybody tell me how to set this up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't the script come with instructions? If it does not. Try checking the
creators website.

No, it just says,

"NOTE: You will need to setup your MYSQL database prior to installing
the application as the self installer needs to write to the database.
If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your website host &
ask them to create a MYSQL database for you and assign a user to it
with full access privileges."

And i'm gonna need to know how to to this myself in the future so please explain in detail.
