    SAVING in MySql

    I have set up my first data base and when I press saved it said "this is not a number" than at the bottom of the page it said this below


    1 If field type is "enum" or "set", please enter the values using this format: 'a','b','c'...
    If you ever need to put a backslash ("\") or a single quote ("'") amongst those values, precede it with a backslash (for example '\\xyz' or 'a\'b').
    2 For default values, please enter just a single value, without backslash escaping or quotes, using this format: a


    Any suggestions Please?

    I believe it means you set up a field to be a NUMBER only and probably entered either a $ or a decimal point, and therefore its trying to read it as a field delimeter, but its not a code that it recognizes. You would have to reset the value of that field to accomadate the string you are trying to put int here.
