i cant use any famous programs to add databas

i try move my sql db to your srver any programs not work , i try same programs with my old server its work good,
i sitting ok :
this programs like: Snfoor3.3 - backup - big dump...... and 4 programs other?!!!
my old data sql more 5 mb.
