I am trying to install form maker on my site but keep getting this error message when I type http://www.theforexsecret.info/fmp/install.php

Template Error: set_root: tpl is not a directory.
Halted.

Could you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Not all files have been uploaded.
Do not use Blue FTP, as it has the bad habit to leave out some folders / files when entire bunches are uploaded.

I am a newbie though and don't know much about web building and FTP. What would I use to upload Form Maker and how do I do that.
