Can anyone help me please? I am trying to install PHPbms on my page and I am having the errors below.even when i have granted the user "all Privileges" using mysql server ''localhost''

Could not Create Database: Access denied for user 'ozkqvnyq_sejuba'@'localhost' to database 'phpbms'

CPanel will not allow DB creation directly by the script installation wizard. Though, it should give a "Could not Create Database: No privilleges for user 'ozkqvnyq_sejuba'@'localhost' . Only scripts that are included in Fantastico have the necessary permissions for DB creation.
