in my sql database where it says access host there is always an ip address (this one 192.168.1 )
is this ment to be happening are is it some1 trying to hack in my account as i am not use to using my cpanel yet can some1 please help me with this issue

right above that box in the mysql database area this (192.168.1) ip address is always there

Don't know, it might be your IP from your ISP? Ignore it.

That is used if a different website (One not on the same server) is going to connect to your database. You have to allow that IP to connect

when i go to my forum url i get this error message

i got it working now i was getting the error message because of a mod i installed on the forum
