Uploading a Automated Link Exchanger

This SQL and PHP is very greek to me.

I have a program that automaticly go and exchange links. But when it comes to the instructions of it, its totally greek to me.

Can anyone help me on how to install a automated exhange link program on my website.

To my knowledge...this has not yet been done. Link exchanging is still a tedious, time-consuming process. The person who developes a simple automated link exchange program will make a fortune!

sdsuccess stated that he had such a program...............to answer the question.....you need to study and understand the installation instructions first.
