MySQL / PHP problem

I hope you can help...

I have Menalto Galley installed (www.the-schuttes.org/gallery), and it has been fine, but I noticed todat that it had stopped working - it complains about too many connections to MySQL. Error message as follows:
Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/ntncvkls/public_html/gallery/lib/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 348

I then looked at CPanel, and noticed that there are no MySQL databases present in the MySQL Databases utillity.

I then looked at Fantastico, to determine if there is a facility to re-install the MySQL databases, but Fantastico is not working at all - the following error:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';' in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1137942246.112939104.01924354122 on line 102

Not sure if you did something, but MySQL Databases are back again, and Fantastico working again.
