I might be trying the impossible!!
I need to use a good CRM tool for my business, so I want to use Sugar CRM - the community edition is free to use and I have successfully installed it on my webspace.
Although its a bit slow its OK - I really need the server to have more RAM apparently - but I guess Vodahost don't offer such upgrades.
Anyway my main problem is getting the reports to work, I now need to upload an extra module, the good people at vodahost have increased my space this morning, but I still can't seem to get the zip file to upload.
In the help it says the Java Development Kit needs to be installed.
Does anyone know it that included with the voda package or whether I can pay extra to have it installed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
