Hi Guys
I have just updated to the new build and have been exploring the guestbook feature. My question is about the PHP - were do I find a script? I think I remember how to make a data base but I'm a bit rusty... So any help would be appreciated.

Place your guest book on the page & publish. (This parts is now done)
Now open notepad & create just a plain blank page & save it as a text file & name it guestbookdb.php & save.
Now upload this empty notepad doc to your server via FTP & change the permissions to 755 as tutorial.
What happens is when a message is left, it is stored in this document.
Also be sure to check the box for the admin login

Ah - no admin link - I put in pass word and the checked box - any ideas please.

found admin link as a line - for some reason it is hidden.

D'Son I have done the things you have listed, but I am still unable to set up my guest book what should I try now?

This did not work for me. I tried a couple of test post and nothing shows up. When I went into my Cpanel there was no log of a post saved in this file. Help me please.

Your guest book is working, just tried it. I left the test post.

When I try to test it nothing happens. It is that I'm testing it from my IP address.

Works fine for "Me" to. You may be getting an old cached page up on your machine.

Okay, so since it works for everyone else. I'll leave it alone, considering I'm not going to be signing my own guestbook

Hi,
I'm having a similar problem with my guestbook. I am getting the following message on my site (www.heavenlystlucia.com)
Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for ./guestbookdb.php in /home/heavenly/public_html/guestbook.php on line 225
