    sorry>>edit....

I don't know how o edit, however to add to request.

I received the above message and now have a new error...

    "
    Error

You probably tried to upload too large file. Please refer to documentation for ways to workaround this limit.

The developer asked me "does BV support Navicat"?

So now I am very confused...

Is there a way for me to load this file?

    Any ideas?

It is a file of US cities and zip codes.

    Thnaks

Re: keep getting error when loading database

You may have to split the database to load it if its too large. You will need to put in a support ticket with the NAVICAT information to ask them if they will support it and if you can run it on standard hosting.

        navicat..

        Thanks for the reply.

An earlier forum post said BV supports Navicat.

Its confusing as the error message (or somewhere) said file size is limited to 5MB...file is only 3MB

        Any other suggestions?

        Thanks,
        mike

You dont have the install file configured correctly or you didnt upload or import the database correctly. Contact navicat for further installation instructions.

The username for the database has not been correctly provided in the installation wizard or the config file.
VH uses Cpanel, which creates users in the format cpusername_username, in your case it should be qpmqfgp_something . This "something" is missing.
