I have been unable to figure out how to get into the database to view the MySQL files.

How do I access it to view the files? (plz include the address I need to go to)

How to I create a backup?

How do I upload the backup?

I figured out how to get into it. But are there any settings I must to in order to export it in a way where I can import it to replace the files of any changes I may do?

You host is "localhost" for scripts running on the server.
Use phpMyAdmin (in your Cpanel) to export the database content OR to import into the database content from SQL dump files.
