Where is the data in my database?

I have installed, and now correctly have working, ABVFP. The database is created and I have filled out sample forms to create the folder but when I go into mSQL databases, there isn't a way to access the data. I tried going into the folder that was created but the only thing there is the file that I uploaded. None of the form information is there. In my other form that doesn't have an "upload file" has not created a folder which I thought was supposed to happen automatically with the first submission of the form. Everything else works perfectly.

Can you help me out with this?
