retrieving files

I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum or not so please forgive me if I'm not in the right one. I have a website I created in Blue Voda. I deleted some files from the backups box that is in Blue Voda, but the files are still in the file manager under the public html file. I need these pages back if I can get them but I have NO idea how to make them an actual page again. Any suggestions on what I can do to take the file and re create the page that was in the backup files?

Try this:
Open Bluevoda
In the File menu, use Import and then, the html page that is in your web site.
